People use this logistic for completing their office’s needs, such as a big company that does not concern to the logistic matters, a company that is already for the acquisitions, a company that is very busy in creating it’s new business, etc. all of those kinds of the companies will not concern for more vision in handling their logistics aspects so they just ask help for this program.

Besides the description, there are also the strength and weakness in holding the 3pl as their partner. The strengths that can be seen and done correctly are allowing the company for focusing to develop their main job desks, freeing up more money because they will not pay more money for hiring the new staffs in logistics field, having the budget becomes competitive, and getting the International distribution network for getting the superb customer services. Because of there are two companies that join together, so it must also have the weakness above all the strengths. The weakness of getting this program are loosing control for every logistic matter that is needed by the main company, loosing the human touch because everything is connected to the second one, getting the opinion different. Before joining your company, you have to compare between the strength and weakness that probably come to your company.
